Biography

David H. Gleason, M.A. is Founder and Managing Consultant of Information Ethics, Inc.  Since 1983, David has worked a systems consultant serving hundreds of clients in the Boston area. He founded Practical Consulting Services in 1991 to provide high quality business systems, management consulting and software to businesses and non-profit organizations.  In 1996 he changed the name to Information Ethics to focus on IT project success, IT Impact analysis and education.

David received his bachelor’s degree in Physics and Philosophy from Connecticut College and a master’s degree in Religion and Culture in Modern Society from Boston University on a qualifying paper entitled Information Ethics: Making Sense of the Information Age.  He received a Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute in 2002.

A skilled communicator, David has long experience in public speaking, teaching and facilitating. As an authority on computer and information ethics, he has given many papers at computer ethics conferences around the world.
